UPCOMING PROGRAMS
Left Brain/Right Brain
Creative Photography Workshop
This is a nontechnical workshop emphasizing the creative process. Each participant will have the opportunity to seek their unique view of the world and translate this view into two-dimensional images. No previous photographic experience is necessary.
Bring your 35 mm camera. Any 35 mm will do from a simple point-and-shoot (film or digital) to the most elegant and sophisticated of cameras. The emphasis is on your creative development, not technology or chemistry.
A series of exercises will be introduced to encourage instinct, intuition and imagination; the creativity we all possess in the right brain, while keeping an appropriate balance with the left brain.
Bernie Kessler has been a visual artist and student of creativity for some 60 years. He has lead workshops throughout the United States, Canada and Europe for all age groups from 5 year olds to senior (in years and position) executives.
